Connection

Hello,

I was using the ninjatrader platform but my computer just turned off. When I tried to open ninjatrader again it tried to connect, my connection was not there and in the control center, help-about, the license ID is a SIM.

What can I do to change that to my usual live multibroker ID and my regular connection?

Hello dvercher,

Can you please enter your multi broker license key at Control Center-->Help-->License Key instead of the free license key. Subsequently check if you have your connection back again. If not, please send me both your log and trace files for today so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach the files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, 1619145' in the subject header.

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20161209 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20161209 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
