Pivot HLC in 64ths

How do I enter (format) my HLC values for the Pivot indicator, where the instrument is measured in 64ths, eg, ZN futures?

What do you mean "format"? If you load up the indicator there will be option fields on the right hand side for you to input UserDefinedClose/High/Low values.

The user defined values work fine for decimal values like 1280.25. However, the Pivot indicator does not work with user defined non decimal values like 113'110, i.e., 64ths.

Correct, indicator and strategy parameters needed to be entered as decimals.
