Error on loading TF 12-16 Caes

Hi There,
I'm getting following error loading TF ::

Error on loading chart data for "TF 12-16 Caes" : NT data server does not support this instrument.

This happend after altering the tick price from 100.00 to 50.00 in NT 7 as advised.

How can I solve this?

Hello,

It appears there is an additional Exchange enabled within the TF settings. Please use the steps provided below to confirm only Nymex is enabled:

• Go to Tools->Instrument Manager
• Select TF->Edit
• Within the Exchange list confirm only Nymex is checked
• Click Ok
• Remove TF 12-16 from your Default instrument list then add it back in
• Click Ok

Next within your chart select TF 12-16 from the Instrument drop down.
