SuperDOM "Close" Glitch

My trade hit its target and was closed, but the stop loss from the trade was not removed when I took profit. I tried to cancel the stop loss to no avail. I even tried closing all trades but that didn't work. When the price hit the stop loss it made me take a trade which I had to close right away. Also, it altered my trade on the account performance throwing off my net profit.

If you look at the screenshot it was trade #4 that was skewed by the glitch.

I was trading the ES 12-16 (5min), and the glitch occured around 9:40 am. The stop was 2194.00, and the close was 2194.00

I've sent a support request mail to the server with log and trace files enabled with the subject titled 'Support request, Att: zapark88, SuperDOM "Close" Glitch'.
