Time displays as hh:mm:ss instead of hh:mm

    Hi all. ( NinjaTrader 7)

1- Create a new chart, select any instrument. Time on the time axis displays as hh:mm.
2- Drag chart to the right: a black triangle appears in top right-hand corner and time continues to be displayed as hh:mm. Great.
3- Click on the black triangle and the chart returns to the original position. Time continues to be displayed as hh:mm. Great.
4- Drag chart to the left: POOF! The times are displayed as hh:mm:ss. Depending on your font selection, they'll also overlap, one on top of the other, making them absolutely unreadable.

Is there any way to prevent this awful behaviour (other than selecting a very small font size...)

    Thanks!

    Hello M_ichel,

    Thank you for your post,

Outside of increasing the size of the chart window itself, there is not a method to prevent this from happening.

I tested this in NinjaTrader 8, however, and this has been resolved there when scrolling in charts.

Let us know if we may assist further.
