Compare the same data serie at another time

Hello,

Is there a way to compare the same data serie at another time? For example, I would like to plot on the same chart, but in 2 different panels, the daily S&P 500 in 2016 and 2015.

I tried doing it using a daily chart for 2016 in Panel 1 and a minute chart with a 1440 value for 2015 in Panel 2, but Panel 2 remains blank.

Thank you for your post.

You will need to use two separate charts to do this since the chart, even with two separate panels, uses one time scale.

What this means is that if you change the end date for one panel to only show 2015 and you keep the other panel at 2016, you should be able to scroll on the chart and see data in the 2015 panel and then see a blank portion on the 2015 chart where the other 2016 panel begins displaying it's data.

This is most likely why you are not seeing any data for the 2015 panel while the 2016 panel is in view. You will need to scroll back on the chart to see the 2015 data.
