Error on loading historical data (20013)

Hello,

I receive the follow error when attempting to load chart data using Kinetick "Error on loading historical data (20013)." I've been using this connection for a while now, and didn't have any trouble until today.

When I use my backup connection (Interactive Brokers), NT does not produce the error.

I've tried a couple solutions mentioned in other threads, including:
-Deleting the connection, repairing the DB, recreating the connection.
-Deleting the cache, deleting the connection, resetting the instruments, recreating the connection.

Are there any additional suggestions for fixing this problem? Is this a Kinetick-side issue as opposed to a platform one?

Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Please go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Platform Support. Add 'Att Jason, 1613535' in the Subject field and click Send to send the email.

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> log--> log.20161201 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)
