Thank you for your post.
To investigate this behavior, we will need to examine the log & trace files from your installation of NinjaTrader. You can send your log & trace files by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support. Please ensure that 'Log and Trace Files' is checked to include these files. This option should be checked by default.
Please specify also who you are using for market data and reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 1613047
