New chart not going back specified # of days

Hi,
When I create a chart and input 30 days to load of data the chart only goes back 7 days. Any thoughts? All my charts are set to go back 30 days and are only going back 7 days.

Who are you currently connected to?
(This is indicated in green in the lower left corner of the Control Center)

What instrument (and expiry if a future), bar type, and interval is loading on your chart?

Are you loading a tick based chart such as tick, renko, second with Kinetick?

I am connected to IQFeed. I am charting TF 12-16 expiry. I am using type of renko chart. It's called Nexgen Dynamic Renko and the time frame is 5 1.

Hello Marklhc1988,

When requesting tick data with IQFeed/Kinetick between the hours of 9:30am ET to 4:30pm ET you will have access to 8 days of historical tick data. If you request the data outside those hours the full 180 days is available. After you request the data, it will be downloaded to your historical database and cache, and you will be able to access this data at any time.

Please try loading the tick based chart after 4:30 PM Eastern time today.
