I Suddenly Have A Position

I square my positions every day ( I'm on Simulated ). Today, I find I have an open position in ES ( appears in Control Centre - Positions but not in Chart Trader Panel ).

Can someone explain how this could have happened, and any assurances this will not happen if I go "Live"?

Could you please send your log file to "support AT ninjatrader DOT com". You can find this file at the following location:

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Log--> log.20080722 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

In addition, please include as much information as possible regarding the open position.
