Problem with cqg demo login.

Hi guys, I try to login on my demo CQG account but I can't do it. When I try connect the plataform said to me: "Login failed: Unspecified Login Error". I've download the lasted version of NinjaTrader 7 but still the error. I create 3 new accounts but is the same error.
