NJ script import error message

I do the following > files / utilities / "import Ninja script" then get message > (import ninjascript archive file (.zip) warning >> says "you have custom ninjaScript files on your PC that have programming errors. These errors must be resolved before you can import a NinjaScript Archive file.

I did a search for anyone with similar issues nothing so anyone could help much appreciated thank you

Support came into my machine and fixed issues thank you again for your help ,
