I know i'm wasting my time asking, since you've never solved a single issue that I've raised (and there have been dozens). But, why is this error popping up on a sim account when trying to execute an order on DAX future

Could it be you submitted an order to a forex instrument prior to submitting this FDAX order? If so, unfortunately this is a known issue of the NinjaTrader 7 platform which has been resolved in NinjaTrader 8.

I see you have already created a second simulation account. To avoid the error in NinjaTrader 7, you could submit all futures orders to one simulation account and all forex orders to the other simulation account.
