Problem installing ninja 7.32

Hi,

I am trying to install ninja 7.32.

After clicking the setup, it starts a download program. It hangs when its completing the download. Perhaps the download file is corrupted, I try again and again, and it hangs when its complete. Where is the location of the downloaded file? or what can i do to fix this so I can install this version?
