NT tick/range charts stuck on loading/not responding

Has anyone else had this issue?

Tick charts will not load. Chart freezes when connecting to my broker. I've tried creating a new tick chart post connection and changing the "intervals" to tick chart while connected.

The same issue occurs when trying to use range charts. Minute hourly daily are all fine.

The issue not only freezes the tick chart and refuses to load in perpetuity but also slows down the entire NT system causing it to lag and respond only in 4-5 second intervals. In short its not functioning properly. The NT control center says loading charts CL 12-16...while tick and range charts are frozen in loading mode.

I've tried the following:
reset db
repair db
reset instruments
delete cache
delete workspaces.xml

Any ideas or experiences?

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20161031.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20161031.txt"
