    Strategy Error Message ''Order Rejected''

    When I apply my strategy to a chart the following error message is displayed

    Thank you for your post.

    Your strategy has not done anything specifically wrong in it's code. However, an order was rejected and likely the details are listed in the Log tab of the Control Center. You can also contact your brokerage order desk for details.

    I can also review your log and trace files if you like to help you determine what has occurred. However, we recommend you speak with your broker on any rejected orders.

    To send your log and trace files please go to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default. Please reference this thread in a link.

      This is all happening in simulation mode [I hope!!!!!!!].
      Per your suggestion, I will send log and trace files to Platform Support.

        No reply is expected to this reply ... it is for archiving for my possible/probable future reference to this thread. It is a direct Platform Support reply to me.

        Thank you for your response.
        Please reset your Sim101 account to correct this matter.
        Resetting a simulation account will clear all historical trade data from this account. Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account. (This can take long depending on the size of your database file and your system.)
        • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools> Options> Simulator.
        • Press the 'Reset' button.
        • If you do not want to lose your trade data, uncheck the 'Clear history' box (This must be left checked when wanting to remove a stuck sim order)
