Order time compared to time of bar close

Hello,

I have COBC set to “true” and am running a strategy on ZW 30-minutes bars. The market is closing at 13:15 and opening again at 19:00.

When looking in my log file (I am tracking both Time[0] and DateTime.Now) I can see that no stop-order has been placed at 13.15, but instead at 19.00. Is this expected?

On real-time data when does NinjaTrader close a time-based bar? Just at time of bar close or upon opening of next bar?

Could you tell me, are you trying to place an order specifically at 13:15 or was this a case that logic has not placed the order before this time?

Regarding the close time, the platform would close a bar upon receiving a tick from the next bar.

Thanks for your reply. It mainly the information regarding when NT would close a bar that you described that I was interested in.
