No live data coming in

Hi

I have signed up for a free demo from NinjaTrader Brokerage for futures data.

I received the username and password and setup the connection (made sure i selected Demo). I connected the platform and it says is conected but nothing else happens.

I get no data in the DOM and charts do not update. The screenshot i attached was made at 8.36, yet chart show last tick from 8.30, when i opened the chart first time. If i refresh the chart, i get new data, historical.

Screenshot is from NT8 but does the same on NT7 too (latest versions available on NT site).

I also added feed from FXCM and that works OK on both of them.

Any idea what is wrong please?!

Hello draime,

Can you please tell me what instrument + expiry month you have selected in the charts and SuperDOM when no realtime data is received. Do you receive data if you select the ES 12-16?

I have tried different instruments, CL, 6E, ES... all current traded contract.

Thank you for clarifying.

Can you please disconnect NinjaTrader Continuum at Control Center-->File-->Disconnect. Go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments. Once finished, please restart NinjaTrader and check if you receive realtime data.

I just did that, and a little bit before i edited the connection and unchecked the box that said "get indices data"

Either the reset or the other thing got things working now.
