Zen-Fire Feed

Anyone here on zen-fire feed ?

Am curious as to its stability and reliability ?

Couple of weeks ago it crashed for 3 days where trades entered could not be routed to the exchange.

Thank you for your post.

The Zenfire datafeed is reliable. We have many live traders submitting orders on the Zenfire feed successfully on a daily basis.

I am not aware of a crash that occured on Zenfire a few weeks ago, but we take these inquiries very seriously and can alway further investigate if the crash is reported to us.

A couple of things moving forward...

1. If a crash occurs, please send a note to support with your traces/logs so we can verify what occured. To do this in NinjaTrader, go to Help > Mail to Support and attach traces/logs.

2. I would also suggest taking a look at trader forums and see what others in the NinjaTrader community have posted about the Zenfire datafeed with NinjaTrader.

thanks for the reply. Yes its fast and quite reliable.
Except for the crash where orders in the market did not reach the exchange. Orders could not be cancelled or modified.

It was a shut down and wait for thr exchange to receive the orders.
It really is not funny when the market suddenly move away when your TP
was hit but not dealt.

Will post the next time it happens.
