Connect and immediate crash

Ninja crashed. I stopped and rebooted, now when I start it shows start window, makes connection sound, then immediately crashes. help I tried to capture in video

Please send an email to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com and follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your message so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Please follow my instructions to write in an email with the desired files. If you cannot attach the files, send an email without the attachments and I can remotely connect to your PC to retrieve the files
