Breakeven Position hot key not always working

Hello,
I make extensive use of hot keys for order entry and management, and I assigned a combination to Breakeven Position.
However, I noticed that this specific hot key combination won't work when the Control Center has focus, differently to all other hot keys.
Why is that? Or what am I missing?

Order entry hot keys will only function in windows which have that specific order entry functionality.

the Orders tab of the Control Center does not have a breakeven functionality, therefore, the breakeven hot key will not work.
