Thank you for the post.
NinjaTrader uses C# specifically for its Programming Language, if you intend to create items in the platform you would need to utilize C#. For getting started in developing with the platform, I would suggest the following NinjaScript related videos:
If you are intending on writing an application actually in visual basic that resides outside of the platform, unfortunately our support would not be able to assist in this case as we can only assist with C# related items in the platform.
