Volume Indicator

Hello,

I have a basic question referring the volume indicator please. This seems so clear to work with and use it with high volume, low volume....

But now its not that clear for me. Eg in a 1-min chart the volume shown in the indicator is

* market orders in the 1 minute? how calculated? added all bid and all ask market orders?

* or market orders and traded limit orders? if so how calculated please?

Hello Tony,

The VOL indicator builds bars using volume data received from the connected data feed/broker connection. Volume data indicates the number of units traded regardless of the order type.
