No, two instances of NinjaTrader 7 cannot be run simultaneously on the same machine.
Two instances of NinjaTrader 8 cannot be run simultaneously on the same machine.
However, one instance NinjaTrader 7 and one instance NinjaTrader 8 can be run simultaneously on the same machine.

You will need two different username and passwords to connect both NinjaTrader 7 and NinjaTrader 8 at the same time.

It will not be possible to connect to two continuum connections on the same instance of either platform.
