Problem with ninjatrader

I have installed the NinjaTrader strategy paid every 6 months. I have a problem is that this strategy is associated to the machine id id NinjaTrader and that is being modified regularly with me what they should associate the software with the machine id NinjaTrader. Is there any way to fix this big problem?

The Machine ID is generated by Microsoft Windows using information about your hardware and BIOS.
This Machine ID is meant to remain constant unless there has been a change with the system.

Items that can cause the Machine ID to change:

• Changes to hardware (network cards, MAC address, RAM, motherboard, monitors, graphic card, etc)
• Changes / updates to BIOS
• Changes to the Windows Product ID

If the Machine ID of this computer is continuously changing, this may indicate there is an issue with the system. I would recommend that you contact a computer repair specialist to consult with about the system.

Have you changed/rebuilt/updated it lately?

Edit:
By 'it' I mean the hardware characteristics of the VM.

If so, that might be the cause of the changing Machine ID.
