Can not enter Stop Limit

I am unable to enter a stop limit order using the static DOM, watching the support video it states to hold the Ctrl key and select the DOM price with the middle mouse (scroll wheel). When I do that nothing happens. I have also tried changing the “middle mouse button is stop market” option to true but still nothing. Any thoughts?

HI,

Most likely your mouse is not configured correctly.
Please go in the mouse properties on your computer which you can find on the windows control panel under Mouse. Then set up your scroll wheel to act like a middle mouse button.

If that doesn't work check to see if your mouse came with a user manual. There should be instructions in there to change your mouse settings.
