No sound alerts

Hi everyone,
May be it sounds stupid, but I really can not any sound alerts from Market Analyzer.
All cell conditions are met, I see the alerts in the cells as they supposed to be, but no sounds.
When I initially start Market Analyzer, it gets out the sound ones. Then - no sound when a condition is met again.
I've tried to experiment with the simple - just bid price above or below smth. - no way. No sound.

Tried to reinstall NT7, didn't help.

What can I try to solve the mater?

Thank you for your note.

Can you please provide us a screen shot of your Alert Condition?

Right click on market analyzer>Columns>Click the Column you have defined the alert on, then click the "..." next to Alert Conditions. Move the window to the left and take a screen shot similar to the one i've attached below.

May I confirm, with the sound files defined and the market open, you are still not getting an alarm sound?
