6e chart

chart is ok , shows .00005 ticks on bid/ask and last
but bid/ask on chart trader panel only.0001 old style ticks
is that correct or can i fix it?

btw search forum facility doesnt seem to accept 6e as a search term, probably too short.

Hello,
The forum does require 3 characters for a search.

Please confirm that you have the Tick Size for the 6E set to 0.00005. You can check this under Control Center > Tools > Instrument Manager > Select the 6E > Press Edit.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Ensure 'Database File; is checked.
