Disappearing data

I use range bars. Kinetick data.

My charts previously loaded and charted intraday range bar data going back to April 2015 -18 months worth. Now, they won't chart earlier than 6 months ago.

Any ideas?

Because Kinetick offers 180 days of historical data that can be requested from the servers, based on what you're describing, the older cached data may be have been removed.

If you go to Tools > Historical Data Manager > Edit tab are you able to access the older data there or just what is accessible via the charts?

Do you save backups of your NinjaTrader installation? (File > Utilities menu).

To test, I suggest closing down NinjaTrader and navigating to Document > NinjaTrader 7 > "db" Try right click ng on the "db" folder > Properties. See if you have a Previous Versions tab that you can use to restore the folder to a previous date.
