Assistance needed with connection

I have a NT multi broker license and multiple accounts. I am traveling and need to add an account to my laptop. I called NTB and attempted to go through the process with them and they stated I needed to contact the support forum . Can we arrange a quick phone call to troubleshoot the issue? I should ad that NTB attempted to assist me and we failed. They did not simply defer the request to the support forum.

The best way to contact the Support Team is by direct email. Please write in to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with the following information:

• Reference ticket #1579336 and include a link to this forum post
• A phone number where you can be reached
• A time window where I can call you (please include a time zone) our regular support hours are 8:30am to 6pm US Eastern, Monday through Friday.
• Shortly before our call, please launch our remote support application (TeamViewer). There are 2 ways you can do this:
