Kinetick NO LIVE DATA in CL SI GC ZB etc

So frustrated Help?
I've subscribed to Globex the full nelson so I should be able to chart all of the above. My secondary provider and broker is Interactive Brokers. Though I am signed onto Kinetick currently as my primary and IB secondary, I am still receiving no data from Nymex Specifically thought it is in the Globex package. I am trying to create Renko Charts and Tick charts which I cannot do with IB alone. Now I can only see the ES and nothing else.

It says my non pro fees have been verified and I have gone through and chosen the full whammy.

Would love to speak with a human but will muddle through with a written response.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
