A value of 200 ms or less will be CPU intensive

Any idea what this means on my NT 7. This error popup shows up when I open NT. I'm a new user with NT 7 so still getting it set up. I'm using the most powerful iMac with Parallels and Windows 8.1.

It sounds like your chart's "Display update interval" has been adjusted to at or below 200ms which will cause this message to appear. It is not an error, but simply a notification that this setting can affect performance.

To check this setting, right-click on your chart > Properties > Locate the "Display update interval (sec)" setting. The default for this setting is 0.25. I would recommend changing it to 0.25 if it is not already > OK. Please follow these steps for all charts.

After these changes, please save your workspace and restart NinjaTrader.
