Saving chart trader properties as default

right clik on chart trader part of chart
select Chart Trader Properties
select Set Default

it only seems to work on that particular chart, i want to set a default across all charts
how do i do that?

Thank you for your note.

Making this default setting is going to change the default for all new charts you open, not existing ones. You will have to make that change in all open ones for it to stick and remember to save your Workspace via Control Panel>Workspaces>Save Workspace.

Just doesnt work, any of it.
Save workspace open new chart
Close NT open, open new chart
Nothing

Hello Poeds,

It could be that your are opening a chart with a chart template that doesn't have the settings.

What you could do after you make the change in chart trader is right click on the chart>Templates>Save as Default. (See Attachment)

Then when you launch a new chart and have the 'Load the following Chart Template' to Default, these settings will stick.

Or instead of saving the template as default in step 1, you should be able to launch a chart but set 'Load the following Chart Template' to None. (See Attachment)
