    Unable to submit order: no handle

    I have NT 7.0.1000.31 running strategies while connected to Ninjatrader Brokerage and Optimus Futures.

    I had a strategy running against my Optimus account to buy gold this morning and the order was rejected. The error was

    Unable to submit order: no handle

    What does this mean? I have real-time access to the gold market through that account and the order should have been placed. It would have been a very profitable trade and now I've missed it.

    Thank you for your post.

    You can contact your broker for more information on the message. We can take a look into the message on our end using your log and trace files if you would like.

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
    Please list 'ATTN: Patrick H - 1576344' in the subject line.
