Account Performance tab suggestion

Hi, I didn't see an option for filtering in the Account Performance tab for Winning / Losing trades. Would be nice if you could consider this for a future enhancement. This is useful particularly for analysing MAE / MFE / ETD.

There is a section on the account performance for number of winning and losing trades. However, there is no way to directly filter this section of the account performance report. If you could add your specific ideas for a filtering this section of the report. I will forward to our development team for possible implementation in a future release of NinjaTrader.

The idea is to add a pulldown similar to the Type: <all> . Maybe below it which will allow filtering on winning trades, losing trades and maybe even BE trades.

Most of the winning/losing trades information is indeed already in there. But not for the MAE/MFE, without being able to filter on winners/losers these measures are a lot less useful.

For example, comparing the MAE for losing trades vs. MAE for winning trades one can potentially determine that winning trades should not move against them for more than X value and therefore be able to adjust their initial stop accordingly. Currently that X value is unknown since it's a blend of both winners and losers data. Does that make sense?

There is not an official date for 6.5 v5 as of yet, but we hope to have version 7 in beta by the end of the year.

We do not have a roadmap but we do include release notes with the changes. If you hit F1 anywhere in the software you can pull up the internal help guide. Then just go to the Release notes section to review changes.
