Hello, today I had a serious problem which costed me a lot of money which I shouldn't actualy lose. I have had the same problem before with top step trader and trading crude oil.
Now I trade my own account with rithmic connection and here is the problem:
The data that I actualy see on the chart is not the actual/real data. I trade from chart trade using renko charts and a couple of times tried to place stop entry order 2 bricks above the last price that I was seeing, but my order was rejected and this happened a couple of times. Then I decided to enter with a market order if prices reahc my level and I did, but I was filled 6 ticks above the desired level, then when I saw prices goingin my direction I had to move my stop loss to break even, but again my order was rejected, tried again and rejected again and then I heard the sound of hitting my stop loss, but again the price that I was seeing on the chart was not there, it went there later and as a result instead of losing 0 ticks, I lost 15!!!!
I realy wonder what is that problem, is it from rithmic, or the ninja ??? I have had a good green connection, so I doubt it was from the internet, not to mention I have super fast cable.
