abort button

Hello,

on the lower right corner of the control panel there is the "Abort" button all the time. This occurs on my live-trading-computer. On my other computer with sim-license key and sim-data there is only the connected message at the bottom left, but no abort button on the right.

Why is this button on my live- computer, what issue maybe?

Hello Tony,

You should see this button when historical data is being loaded. Clicking it will abort the loading of historical data. I assume NinjaTrader is not loading data all the time. It seems a display issue of the Control Center - it is stuck in displaying 'Abort'. Can you please try a restart of NinjaTrader (if not already) and check if the issue remains.

If so, please send me both your log and trace files for today so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach the files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, abort button' in the subject header.
