Why is it that when Flatten All triggers, and closes account positions in my account, I cannot find the related trades in the account performance tab-> Trades??

Any other trade that executed during the day, I can find, except for those that are closed by Flatten All.

Due the executions that resulted from flattening all show up? Remember that this will only issue real orders to flatten an account and trade pairings are based on the account executions.

I discovered that it is showing up, but matching with an order from the 11th of July. So instead of reflecting a loss for the period, it reflects as a gain over the period July 1st to July 14th. The only way I can truly know what happened, is for filter for just that day the 14th, then it shows up as a loss. However when I say show me from the beginning of July, it shows up as a Gain. Please see of this can be fixed, otherwise it means I need to record my trades manually for accuracy.

Go to Tools > Options > Misc > Repair database and see if that makes a difference.
