    Problem connecting to my Live Account

    Hi all,

    I would appreciate anybody who can help me with my inquiry.

    I have Ninja TRader as my Broker with Continuum as my data provider. But I decided to subscribe to Kinetick for data feed checking some extra exchanges I needed plus International Real Time Exchange so I can trade Eurex. I also have Global Non Pro Fees enabled. I then have my Continuum subscription disabled since I already have Kinetick for my data. I was thinking, why should I pay twice for the same data? Correct me if I am wrong.

    I connected then to my Kinetick first then to my Live Account. But after my Continuum data was disabled, I cannot trade on my live account or my SIM 101 anymore. My DOM is not working, as well as my Chart trader.

    Can anyone of you tell me why? Any advice?

    Thanks for your post.

    I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

    The log file will be named "log.20160918.txt"

    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    The trace file will be named "trace.20160918.txt"

      Hi Drew,

      Thanks for the quick reply.

      I already have it figured why. I was not told when I had my Continuum data disabled, that I still NEED the live market data from Continuum even if I have my Kinetick to be able to trade live with my Ninja TRader Live Account. Logs says: "ES, DAX, NQ, FESX..etc.. are not enabled for real time level 1 quotes"

        Thank you for trying to help.

        I have it already figured. I found out that I still do NEED my real time data from Continuum to be able to use my DOM and trade my SIM 101 and Live account! Nobody told me when I had my data disabled. No wonder that I cannot trade anymore!

        Anyways, it is clear now.
