Not able to see the entire range

Sorry if this issue had already been addressed, but when I bring up a 30-minute chart going back for 30 days, for example, NT seems to show only the last 10-day increment of data. To see anything further out in time, I would need to use the scroll bar. Even so, this is not the same as seeing the entire 30 days of trading data. I would personally prefer to see the whole thang.

P.S. I don't understand why the "zoom out" button is greyed out.

Have you tried compressing the chart? You can do this with CTRL+ Arrow Up.
