Serious data delays - Need data server IP

I have been struggling with data delays for a long time now, but usually only when the ES volume is very high.

But tonight, my data lagged a full 4 minutes after only 20 minutes after NYSE open.

To test my Internet connection, can you advise how I get the IP address, and/or the URL for the Kinetick server I connect to.

The local ISP cannot do anything for me without this.

Thank you for your post. Kinetick uses the following addresses and port to establish a connection.

*.interquote.com
*.7ticks.com
Port 31654
Port 60020
Server Farm IPs
Primary Server Farm IP Range: 66.112.156.x
Backup Server Farm IP Range: 66.112.148.x
Ports 60000 - 60099
(specific ports 60000, 60001, 60018, 60020, 60050)
