Charting Market Hours

Can I make the ES Futures chart plot only normal stock market hours instead of the entire futures trading hours? The reason I ask is that it affects how the moving averages are plotted.

Thank you for your post.

You may use the Session Manager to create and configure Session Templates. Session Templates are set up to contain the session start and end times of a specific market or instrument. NinjaTrader comes with pre-loaded Session Templates for the most commonly traded markets that are accessible anywhere you use the data series.

You may change your data series session template by right clicking within your chart >Data Series >Session Template >select desired session from the drop down menu >OK.

You may also create a custom Session Template by locating the Control Center >Tools >Session Manager >New. For more information I have included a link below to the Session Manager section of the NinjaTrader 7 Help Guide.
