historical data storage in Nt7 not getting updated in charts

Hi

I trade in Indian mkts & it starts @ 9.15 am. if I start NT7 @ 10am, data from 9.15am to 10am is not getting updated on charts - especially the tickdata.

what is to be done to make sure that all available data is updated on chart properly?

Am I missing on some settings?

Hello saumil,

Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'. If the missing data is not loaded, please tell me to what data feed/broker you connect in NinjaTrader.

Reload All Historical Data - loads candles but tickdata is missing in it.
What I am asking here is - whenever I start NT7 during market hours is it possible to load all missing data rather then going through other options?

I am using www.truedata.in data feed.

It seems truedata.in does no support historical tick data. Please contact them for clarification.

It should load historical data automatically. Does it load the requested historical data in minute and daily charts?

Can you please send me all your log and trace files so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, historical data storage in Nt7 not getting updated in charts' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
