Serious Problem, please Help!

Hello, when I connect and plot september contracts I get intraday data and live quotes on my chart. When I change to december contracts it starts quoting but do not load the historical data.
I use rithmic connection and tried with CQG demo, but it did not solve the problem.

I reinstalled Ninja trader and the problems still persists.

Please help, because I have to rollover to december contract, but am not able to trade it without charts.

Can you verify that when you rolled over you followed the rollover instructions in our rollover advisory? Please see the following link on the rollover advisory: http://ninjatrader.com/Advisories/CME-9-16-2016
