Hi, I've got the There can only be one instance of NT running. ...

Note I've run nt7 and nt8 simutaneouslly before.

Is it no longer possible.

Also, I am now running nt8 rca1 on one cpu and nt7 on another.

Is it not allowed on 1 multibroker license due to nt8 rca still being in development?

Note I have a second license (temporary with Topstep) how could I run it on the nt7 cpu. My cpu will not load nt7 at all.

I assume you setup your TopStep Trader connection in NinjaTrader 7 to connect on startup automatically. Can you please send me your Config.xml file. I will disable the 'Connect on startup' setting and then send back the Config file so you can replace it. Subsequently check if you can start NinjaTrader successful when no connection is established on startup. You can find the Config.xml file at Windows start menu-->Documents--> NinjaTrader 7. Please attach the file in your email and send it to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com.

Unfortunately there seems to be an issue with TopStep Trader. I received many reports from TopStep Trader users that are unable to connect. I have sent an email to TopStep Trader for clarification and waiting for their response.

I received response from a client that informs he can connect again. Can you please restart NinjaTrader and try again.

what folder is that
config.xmL at? or can you be more speccific?

Please disregard. You should be able to connect again. Please reboot your computer and subsequently check if NinjaTrader starts successful (and connects on startup).
