FXCM to CQG

Hi,
I am totally new to this and have install NT7 with FXCM connection to try but realised I should use CQG connection instead. So have uninstalled NT7 with FXCM and reinstalled NT7 with CQG link. But when I click on newly installed NT7 it automatically linked back to FXCM link. How do I 'switch' to NT7 with CQG link?

Got the following message when I tried to connect to NinjaTrader Continuum

Login failed: An Unspecified Error Has Occurred, Please Contact Support Desk.

Do I need a license key to activate? I have not received any email on license key.

Hello lyn2016,

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Account Connections, highlight the FXCM connection and click Change. Click Next and unable 'Connect on startup'. Click Next until you finish the connection.

The NinjaTrader Continuum connection error usually indicates the demo connection is expired. When did you apply for this demo connection?

Hi Jason,

Have done as indicated for FXCM and I am able see data for $AUDUSD, but not able to view data for 6A 09-16.

As for Ninja Trader Continuum, I just applied for this a few hours ago.

What do I have to do to get data for 6A 09-16 and get NinjaTrader Continuum to connect?

Please note that FXCM does not support futures such as 6A, only forex.

Can you please forward the email with the NinjaTrader Continuum demo login credentials. You can send it to "platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com". Please put 'Att Jason, FXCM to CQG' in the subject header.
