Deja vu all over again

Hi,
Held off on rolling over to the new contract till the weekend but when I try to generate the 12/2016 contract I get the 9/2016 contract till the point of my opening the new chart (see Attachment).
This happened back in March of this year (see Rollover Screwup thread) but that was because I rolled over too early.
What's up here?

I rolled over on the weekend (9/11) and was setup before market open. Everything looks okay on my end.

Did you start after market open? It looks like you might have? And in a different timezone that EST.

Did you do a reload on historical bars?
