charts not loading

charts are not loading..in data fee..time nd sales updates

Please repair your database and then right click in the chart and select Reload historical data.

Tools--> Options--> Misc--> Repair DB.

I have intraday charts of stocks..the bars load but don't update
IB is data feed...time and sales updates

yes...

why does this happen..second time this has hapepned
maybe coincidence, but this time it happned after I downloaded the new tws..no ryhme or reason

Please make sure you are using Standalone TWS version 884 as it is the supported version. If you are on a newer version it could be causing an issue.

There is a download link for the correct version on this page:

Once on the correct version I would re-open the workspace and replace any charts that are still faulty with fresh charts. Then save the workspace with the new charts.
