Averaging up

Hi, is there a way to create a pre-configured averaging up strategy as follows:

Click on the chart to place a buy stop at price X
Order 1 created for Buy 1 contract Stop @ X
Order 2 created for Buy 1 contract Stop @ X + 20 ticks
Order 3 created for Buy 1 contract Stop @ X + 60 ticks

If that's not possible with a discretionary ATM then maybe some sort of manually triggered automatic strategy while still keeping the discretionary part of choosing when to activate and value of X?

There is no standard pre-defined averaging in system in NinjaTrader.

However, you could build a custom strategy in the Strategy Wizard that would do this for you. Here is a link to get your started:

Also you could manually place these orders within the DOM or ChartTrader and achieve what you are attempting to do.
