Distorted chart

Good morning and sorry for the inconvenience because I am new in Ninjatrader. I make a new chart of the ES and in a couple of minutes it distorts like this... (see the photo attached). If I "Reload all historical data" it fixes the problem only for a couple of seconds...

Please, which is the problem and how can I fix it ?

Ufff, now I have nothing in my chart...

I have changed everything according to the instructions but I have no data in my chart...

I do not understand.

Do you load the requested data if you now right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'?

Does it make a difference if you create a brand new chart?

Could you please post a screenshot that shows the rollover date you changed. Did you perhaps enter the date incorrectly by switching the date and month?

Could it be August 9th is selected and not September 8th? Please click the Rollover date field and then the arrow pointing downwards. Select September 8th as the date and click OK.

Remove and re-add the ES 12-16 to your instrument list for the change to take effect. Click OK in the Instrument Manager.

Create a new chart and check if data is loaded as expected.
